SOUS CHEF wanted for award winning Gastro Pub on the Herts Essex Borders as part of a five strong brigade. There are around 85 covers but only works to capacity at the weekends.
The style is modern European and the head chef has extensive industry experience in quality establishments.
The succesful SOUS CHEF will enjoy working only 7 shifts per week and a salary of ?25k plus bonuses.
Being a SOUS CHEF role the position is live out but there is ample low cost accommodation nearby.
